I would be fine without signing in, its just If I want to access my email, I have no choice but to sign in. If I reinstall Google Chrome without logging in its not there, but if I do log in its there to stay until IĪ) delete the preferences tab and reset my setting in Chrome I have tested this more than a few times. But, as soon as I log into my Google Chrome account, guess who's back? Speedial. After I'm done deleting the file, the PUP is gone its no where to be found. I then decide to delete the entire preferences tab and let google make a fresh one. Sure enough I find a line of text with speedail written all over it.

So I go to edit the preferences file with notepad++ and I search for speedial. The pathway to the PUP is "C:\Users\Vincent\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Preferences". I then decided to manually uninstall the thing. So it doesn't matter how many times I delete it, it still keeps reappearing. Only for it to appear again after another scan. After Malwarebytes detects it, it quarantines it and deletes it.

Everything that is related to speedial has been deleted through Malwarebytes, MSE, Adwcleaner, combofix, a FRESH WIndows 7 install. ( speedial) I was able to get rid of it, that is the extension. Hello! So while installing some freeware I slipped up and ended up downloading an extension for Google Chrome.
